{Stacey + Ty} @ Wise Wines 14.11.15

We loaded the family up and off we went for a road trip down south for Stacey + Ty’s wedding. We had been speaking to Stacey and Ty for over 12 months about their pending nuptials and were so excited when the Big Day finally arrived! We could not have asked for a more down to earth and relaxed couple. Stacey had a clear vision for the day which made our job easy, all we had to do was pull it all together.

We created a few pieces especially for their wedding which are now available in our hire range. Directional pallet signage, new rustic props and pallet crates were all custom made for Stacey + Ty.

Their ceremony was held in the gardens at Wise Wines in Eagle Bay. They were married on the deck overlooking the vineyard with our ceremony door providing the perfect backdrop. It was only recently that someone pointed out the symbolic significance of our doorway – it providing an entry way for the new couple into their married life! Sweet. The aisle was lined with mason jars filled with baby’s breath and a wine barrel provided the perfect prop for our custom designed wedding signage.

Their reception was held in the restaurant at the winery with guests making a start on the bar tab out on the terrace while the couple were off having photos. The tables were styled with burlap table runners with ivory lace detail (made especially for Stacey + Ty), quality wood rounds, an assortment of jars and bottles all hand decorated by yours truly with burlap, lace and ribbon. We supplied and arranged all the fresh flowers for both the ceremony and reception using white roses, freesias, disbuds and light pink spray carnations. The finished product was nothing short of rustic romance.

We had so much fun styling this wedding and we even managed to spend a bit of quality family time with our three little rugrats. If you’re planning a wedding down south we can recommend:

  • Dune Photography – these guys did not stop from the moment they arrived to the moment they left and they can provide a photo booth too!
  • The Wedding Tape for videography – using the latest gadgetry and technology.
  • Sweet Stylin for your cake or croquembouche as the case may be.
  • Emma from Belle Makeup and Beauty.
  • Brash Vineyard for accommodation – their farmhouse sleeps four adults and three children very comfortably, perfect if you’re looking for a bit of peace and quiet.
  • { Claire + Ryan } @ Queens Gardens + Gusti Restaurant 13.09.15

We couldn’t have asked for a more lovely couple. Claire and Ryan were married at Queens Gardens under the gazebo with 60 of their family and friends. The weather was fantastic, the Bride was stunning and the Groom was particularly handsome if we are allowed to say so but it was their beautiful baby girl who stole the show! Claire + Ryan chose our Ultimate Wedding Ceremony package which included the styled ceremony set-up, Anne Miller marriage celebrant and Chelsea from Chelsea Woodbridge Photography for two hours. This all inclusive package starts from $1,249.

    Their ceremony set-up included:

  • 24 americana chairs with lilac bows to the back row only
  • classic white lanterns lining the aisle, each with a fresh purple Chrysanthemum Disbud
  • fresh white rose petals lining the aisle
  • signing table with matching ceremony decor
  • gazebo swagging
  • bubbly bar with glassware for all the guests, juice, water and ice (Champagne supplied by the Bride + Groom)
  • custom designed ceremony signage
  •

We were also fortunate enough to style their cocktail reception which was held at Gusti Restaurant in the Crowne Plaza Perth.

    Their reception styling included:

  • high bar tables with white table cloths and lilac sash
  • centerpieces which included mini-emma vases, filled with clear waterbeads, purple submersible tealights and a fresh floral arrangement using purple Aster, Statice, Zefora, Spray Carnations and white Ranunculus
  • wishing well chest with lilac detail
  •

The ceremony and reception decor, photography, celebrant and coordination on the day came in under $2,000 (excluding venue hire, food and drinks).

  • I cant believe how lucky I am to have found Ceremony Secrets. At first I thought what a great package! But the level of service, attention to detail and communication far exceeded expectations. They completely took all the stress of planning, decorating and organising off of me and the result was nothing short of amazing! We had the gorgeous celebrant Anne Miller and talented photographer Chelsea Woodbridge and could not have been happier. Perfect from start to finish. Thank you so much for helping our wedding dream come true.
